We are sad to announce that on October 23, 2023, at the age of 95, Shirley Leona Carr of Alpena, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Arthur LaVasser and Beatrice LaVasser (Dubey); her husband Clayton; her son Richard Carr; her siblings, Marion Cochrane (Donald), Betty Brandenburg (Junior), Vivian Reo (Alfonso), Emily LaVasser and William LaVasser (Kitty); and her brother-in-law Robert Hanna.

She is survived by : her children, Howard Carr (Mary Ann), Karen Biehl, Anita Krot (Joseph), Curtis Carr, Mitchell Carr (Kendra) and Charles Carr (Dawn).
