He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Mauch and Teresa Mauch (St Laurent); and his brothers, Donald Mauch and James Mauch. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Bank; his children, Jeremy Mauch and Kristalyn Mauch; and his brothers, Ted Mauch (Fonda), Mark Mauch (Anita) and Phillip Mauch (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
