He was predeceased by: his parents, Lila Bobolz and Lila MacMillan; his former wife Kathleen Bobolz; his son David Bobolz; and his stepchildren, Steven Lee (Patti) and Cheri Muszynski (Terry).
He is survived by: his wife Susan Bobolz; his children, Brian Bobolz (Karen) and Christy Marwede (Matt); his stepchildren, Tim Lee (Kerri) and Melissa Finney (Jeff); his grandchildren, Kyle, Austin, Brooke, Alyssa and Lila; and his great grandchild Grayson. He is also survived by many step-grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (504 W Washington Ave, Alpena, MI 49707). The military honors will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the same location.
