Roger John Marquard Obituary
We announce the death of Roger John Marquard of Alto, Michigan, who passed away on June 19, 2026, at the age of 75. Roger will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Marquard and Olive Marquard (Badgerow); his brothers, Richard (Colleen) and Robert (Sue); his siblings-in-law, Sandra, Betty Jean and Thomas; and his sister Jacquelyn.
He is survived by: his children, Paul Marquard (Lauren), Brad Marquard, Leanne Cross (Chad), Phillip Marquard, Helena and Jenn; his grandchildren, Aliya Mason (Austin), Nicholas Lang-Marquard of Phillip, Mason Cross, Brynlee Marquard, Landen Cross, Brianna Marquard, Bennett Marquard and Ethan Marquard; his great grandchild Anastasia Mason; his siblings, Kenneth Marquard, Donald Marquard (Janna), Larry Marquard, Arlene Robinson, Kenneth Hazen (Sandra) and Rodney Hazen (Diana); and the mother of his children Beverly Sutter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Gaines Church, Our Daily Bread Ministries, Les Feldrick Ministries, or Discovering the Jewish Jesus, organizations that were close to Roger's heart.
