Barbara Mae Noye Obituary

We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 90, Barbara Mae Noye of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Allen and Edna Irene Fulkerson (Cutler); her husband Frank Noye; her children, Frankie Jr. and JoAnne Irene Brown; her son-in-law Barry Fritts; and her siblings, Hugh Fulkerson (Shirley) and Rose Leece (Lloyd).

She is survived by : her children, Glenna Fritts and Don Noye (Debbie); her brother Merlin Fulkerson (Mary); and her close friend Tina Bardell. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
