She was predeceased by: her father Witold; and her daughter Krystin. She is survived by: her children, Nicole and Michael; her mother Dolores Stachura; and her siblings, Gregory (Jean), Steven (Carol), Gerald (Ann), James (Karen), Paul (Joy) and Christina Stachura. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, children and grandchildren.
