She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Rozelle and Henrietta Rozelle (Burnham); her husband Dennis J. Fernly; her daughters, Elizabeth Ann Fernly and Margaret Ann Fernly; and her brothers, Fred Rozelle, Ray Rozelle and Mike Rozelle.
She is survived by: her son Michael D. Fernly; her daughter-in-law Rene Fernly; and her granddaughters, Margaret Shaw-Koich and Jessica Lacomb. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Hill Cemetery (415 Observatory St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Carlyle Grille (3660 Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103).
In lieu of flowers, Claire's wishes are to have donations made to the Dexter Garden Club.
