He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantin Marcu and Ana Marcu; his wife Elena Marcu; and his sisters, Elena and Ana.
He is survived by: his nieces, Maria, Turica and Nelica.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church (3109 Scio Church Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103). A funeral service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Oakwood Cemetery (227 W Michigan Ave, Saline, MI 48176).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name may be made to St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and envelopes will be available at the service.
