He is survived by: his wife Polly Cuthbert; his son Ben Cuthbert (Jessica Donohue); his brothers, Mike Cuthbert and David Cuthbert (Laura); his grandchildren, Delaney Cuthbert and Eliza Cuthbert; his mother-in-law Mary Ann Lee; and his siblings-in-law, Donna Cuthbert, Jane Cuthbert, Rick Kramer and Robert Lee. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
