Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Daniel Henry leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert Polens and Emilie Polens (Otte); his brother Rob Polens of Chelsea; and his nephews, Ben and Nate. He is also survived by many cousins; and aunts and uncles.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Peace Lutheran Church (8260 Jackson Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
