He was predeceased by: his adoptive father Bill (Evelyn Heidman); his wife Lynda D. Fox; his stepmother Margaret; and his sister Carol Ostafinski. He is survived by: his stepson Mike Fox (Katie); and his brother-in-law Mike Ostafinski.
