She is survived by: her children, Alice Renee Hill, Ronald E. Payne, Jacqueline A. Payne, Frederick A. Payne (Talibah), Richard D. Payne (Sherri), Denise Mitchell (Brian Hill), Terri L. Bass and Yvonne M. King; and her daughter-in-law Maria McKinney. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren; 48 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; and many other cherished family members and friends.
Instead of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Eastern Star Scholarship Fund, Evelyn Payne.
