He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Eugene Payne Jr. and Gertrude Ann London; his wife Kathleen Mosher; and his father-in-law Raymond Mosher. He is survived by: his children, Dawn Schumacher (Allan) and Steve Payne (Karen); his grandchildren, Matt Schumacher (Sophia), Kayla Schubert (Cameron), Haley and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Liam, Aria Schubert and Emmalynn Schumacher; his mother-in-law Emily Mosher; and his brothers, William Payne (Janet) and Richard Payne. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, extended family.
