She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest W. Gardner and Eleanora Gardner; her husband Kenneth Holzapfel; her brothers, Robert Gardner (late Harmon), Ernest M. Gardner, Donald Gardner (late Barbara) and John W. Gardner; and her sister-in-law Violet Gardner.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa Hilberer (Manfred), Kenneth Holzapfel (Carol) and Sharon Landers (late Jerry); her grandchildren, Kimberly Dosey (Gary), David Hilberer (Jodi), Philip Hilberer (Chrissy), Lisa Duzan, Kevin Holzapfel, Robert Patriarche (Jennifer), Brian Patriarche, Wendi Landers (Nick Fox) and Marty Landers; her great grandchildren, Joshua, Zachary, Amanda Dosey, Brynn, Bryce Hilberer, Makenzie, Kayleigh, Louis Hilberer, Shane, Mackenzie Duzan, Chelsi McDermott (Zac) and Robert Patriarche Jr.; and her sister-in-law Alice Gardner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Bethlehem United Church of Christ in Ann Arbor.
