James Beyer Obituary
James Beyer, born on February 3, 1961 in Grosse Pointe Farms, Michigan, passed away on August 16, 2026. James leaves behind family members and others who acknowledge this loss. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
James leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. James’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew James will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herb Beyer and Barbara Beyer. He is survived by: his brothers, Daniel Beyer (Elaine) and Mark Beyer (Linda); and his nieces and nephews, Laura Beyer, Anne Beyer, Sean Beyer and Michael Beyer (Stephanie).
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Christ Church (470 Church Rd, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304).
In lieu of flowers, gifts can be made in Jim's name to the American Heart Association, Habitat for Humanity and the University of Michigan School of Engineering.
