He was predeceased by: his parents, James Anthony Cook and Elizabeth Wallace Cook. He is survived by: his wife Constance Ewing Cook; his son Jay Cook; his daughter-in-law Rita Chin; his grandson Oliver Chin Cook; his daughter Amy Glass; his son-in-law Mike Glass; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Robin, Sarah, Greg and Aidan.
A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Forest Hill Cemetery (415 Observatory St, Ann Arbor, MI 48104). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Ann Arbor City Club (1830 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, MI 48104).
