He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Boshoven and Herbert Boshoven; and his siblings, Nancy Boshoven and Lynn Parcells. He is survived by: his children, Catie Blackford (Ben), Pieter Boshoven (Alice) and Hannah Leemans (Adam); and his grandchildren, Greta, Mara, Quinn, Myron, Felicity, Nora and Ivy.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Liberty Road Chapel (3767 W Liberty Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Church – Ann Arbor (3150 Glazier Way, Ann Arbor, MI 48105).
