She was predeceased by: her parents, Rita Nickovich and Fred Nickovich. She is survived by: her sisters, Shirley Nickovich, Mary Nickovich and Karin Nickovich; her children, Gary Tafoya (Cherilyn) and Theresa Tafoya-Smith (Caleb); and her grandchildren, Tierra Tafoya, Tristan Tafoya and Lauryn Tafoya. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
