He was predeceased by: his father Robert Edward Swain; and his pet Molly. He is survived by: his mother Hazel Mae Swain (Southern); his son Christopher Swain (Lacy); his grandchildren, Patrick Ryan Swain, Aleaha Dawn Swain, James Allen Moffett, Cheyenne Lynn Axtell and Luke Elden Axtell; and his siblings, Jacqueline Cozart (William), Daniel Swain and Michael Swain (Cathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
