He was loved and cherished by many people including : his wife Andrea Claudette Clark; his former life partner Mary Ann; his children, Leslie Smith (Marc), Karen De Hate, Thomas Clark and Susan Measel; his sister Elaine Hurley; his nephews, Denis and Brian; his niece Sharon; his brother-in-law Randall (Barbara); his nieces, Rebecca and Olivia; and his caregivers, Patricia Huhn, Janina Klamecka, Edyta Ojrzynski and Fayez Hammoud. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, three nieces and two nephews.
