He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Rickelmann and Bertha Rickelmann (Rebman); and his siblings, Elmer, Bernard, James, Richard, Ruth, Thomas, Joan and Dolores.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rickelmann; his children, Andy Rickelmann (Lori Strickland), Fred Rickelmann (Cathy), Ginny Pearson (Rick), Linda Showalter (Sandy) and Kathleen Przybylski (Tom); his siblings, Edwin Rickelmann and Mary Lou Kramer (Bob); his grandchildren, Abbey Eckley (Erich), Drew Rickelmann (Liz Strauss), Jack Rickelmann, Taylor Randall (Scott), Ethan Rickelmann (Alyssa), Troy Rickelmann, Kyle Rickelmann, Erika Stroman (Sam Smith), Liz Beach (Eric), Ginger Asbury (Alex), Clark Pearson (Megan), Hope Showalter, Cheryl Showalter, Allison Przybylski and Erin Przybylski; and his great grandchildren, Addie Randall, Kaiya Randall, Claire Stroman, Hunter Stroman, Hunter Smith, Dawson Coulter, Easton Coulter, Finlee Coulter, Grant Coulter, Makayla Beach, Addison Beach, Wyatt Beach, Franklin Asbury, Oden Asbury, Emma Asbury, Parker Pearson and Maeve Pearson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the Borek Jennings Funeral Homes (7425 M-36, Brighton, MI 48139). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, October 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (10601 Dexter-Pinckney Rd, Pinckney, MI 48169).
