She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Johnson and Grace Johnson. She is survived by: her husband Warren "Gus" Crouch; her children, Bruce Crouch, Kathryn Gall (Wesley), Cynthia Mast (Greg) and Kevin Crouch (Cathy); and her grandchildren, Molly Mast-Koss (Bartek), Kyle Mast, Jill Kinsey (Paul), Amy Quayle (Brett), Katelyn Kibler (Travis), Brian Crouch and Adam Crouch (Amye). She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
