He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Burkall Tyler and Charles Raymond Tyler; and his brother Warren Tyler. He is survived by: his wife Ilene Rogers Tyler; his sons, Joshua and Joseph; and his siblings, Marvin Tyler, Anette Tyler Snyder and Charlene Tyler Barnard.
