Olan Barnes Jr. Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on October 11, 2020, at the age of 73, Olan Barnes Jr. of Ann Arbor, Michigan, born in Flint, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Olan Owen and Frances Martha Barnes (Joseph); his wife Linda Barnes; his children, Olan Patrick Barnes (Lindsay) and Rebecca Barnes-Wieger; and his grandchildren, Jack Wieger, Allison Wieger, Lucas Barnes, Brooke and Matthew Barnes.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Gift of Life Michigan, an organization that Olan actively supported and volunteered with in the years following his liver transplant.
