He was predeceased by: his parents, Alphonse Provost and Gladys Provost; his wife Linda; and his son Paul. He is survived by: his son Lance Provost (Melissa); his grandchildren, Lance Provost, Jr. (Samantha McCall), Heather Provost and Kyle Provost; and his nieces and nephews, Rose Orloski, Paula Zuellig, Frankie Minish, Johnny Minish, Tony Minish and Vince Minish. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
