Rita Paulette Bishop Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 14, 2024, at the age of 80, Rita Paulette Bishop of Ann Arbor, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Norman Loy and Elvi Loy; her brother Gary Loy; and her stepsons, James and Jeffrey Bishop.
She is survived by : her husband Paul S. Bishop; her sons, Ronald Rousseau (Thais) and Paul Bishop III (Allison); her grandchildren, Celeste Rousseau, Benjamin Rousseau, Jeffrey Drew Bishop, Lucas Schmidt, Emma Bishop and Brady Bishop; her sisters, Barbara Mallek of Boulder and Janet Loy of Boulder, Colorado; and her nieces, Eva Dobrov (Loy) of Palo Alto, CA, Tracy Krumpak (Loy) of Barbados and Kindra Lee (Loy) of Tiburon, CA. She is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews and friends.
A reception was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Nie Family Funeral Home, Liberty Road Chapel (3767 W Liberty Rd, Ann Arbor, MI 48103). A prayer was held on Wednesday, April 24th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
