He is survived by: his children, Aaron Stowers (Christina) of Washington, D. C. and Elizabeth "Beth" Plotts (Christopher) of Ann Arbor; his siblings, Craig Stowers (Martha) of Corvallis, Oregon, Diana Sanders (Brent) of Fayetteville and Dana Dykstra of Urbana, Illinois; his stepsister Barbara Osbon of Lebanon, Indiana; his grandchildren, Mirabelle Plotts, Matthew Stowers, Grimm Robert J Plotts and Eva Stowers; Norma Young. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
