He was predeceased by: his stepparents, Tim Deaton and Linda Barker; his stepsiblings, Karen Talbot and Jimmy Talbot; and his father-in-law Michael Dugas.
He is survived by: his parents, Russell Barker (Marsha) and Paula Barker (Scheffler); his wife Sheri Barker; his children, Alexander Barker (Brittney), Emily Barker (Matthew Huetsch) and Tyler Barker (Mikayla Renko); his sisters, Mindy Schick (Jay) and Patty Ortwine (Wade); his stepbrother Tommy Talbot; his nieces and nephews, Addison Schick, Lisa Martin (Kevin), Christina Balog, Tiffany Certain, Tia Talbot, Mike Tyler (Ashlee) and Tom Talbot; his mother-in-law Suzanne Dugas; his sister-in-law Dawn Hamer (Wilfred); and his nephews, Anthony Hamer and Nicholas Hamer.
