He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Campbell (Richardson) and Bruce Campbell; and his brother Brian Campbell. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Campbell (Mazzaro); his children, Mary-Kate Campbell (Larry Glosch) and Bruce Campbell; his brothers, Bruce Campbell (Karen Rodgers), Brad Campbell (Beth Peavey) and Sean Campbell (Julie Campbell); his sister-in-law Marci Campbell; his aunt Bonnie McGarvey; his in-laws, Jon Mazzaro (Jennifer Auger), Mary-Jane, Thomas Blanchard and Bethanie Mazzaro; and his siblings' children, Gina, Ryan, Alysa, Connor, Brady, Lizzy, Anna, Emily, Peter, Savanna and Joseph.
