He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Chadwick and Margaret Chadwick (Hanna); and his sister Marion Chadwick. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Chadwick; his children, Amanda Simantov (Matt) and Chris Chadwick (Terry); his stepsons, Michael Page, Kevin Page (Jessica) and Aaron Page (Monica); his grandchildren, Brianna McNett, Tyler Page, Reagan Page and Parker Chadwick; and his sisters, Donna Norton (Harmon), Renee O'Neal (Ed) and Sophia Warner (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
