He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lowe and Norma Lowe (McAllister); his siblings, Orwood, Keith, Gerald, Dean, Elaine Hillaker, Georgine Brown and Robert; and his sons-in-law, David Lewis and Bill Dempsey.

He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Dempsey, Marilyn Bulgrien (Robert), Jane Lewis and Marg Rusell (Jim); and his sister Linda Helwig. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
