He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brune and Ernestine Brune (Leal); his wife Dolores A. Ferianc; and his brothers, Carl Brune and John Brune (Ray).

He is survived by: his children, April Wilson (John) and Arthur Brune (Kelly); his grandchildren, Shelby, John Wilson, Riley and Avery Brune; and his siblings, Richard Brune, Daniel Brune, Ruben Navarro, Maria Irma Dale, Rita Brune and James Brune.
