He was predeceased by : his parents, Leland Malcolm and Myrtle Malcolm (Adair). He is survived by : his wife Eva Ellis; his children, Stephen Malcolm (Katie), Theresa Black (Palmer, Jr.) and Christiane Taormina (David); his grandchildren, Ashley Shaffer (Hunter), Amber Black, Samantha Malcolm and Josie Malcolm; and his great grandchild Arya Shaffer. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
