She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Merkel and Eleanor Merkel; and her sons, Daniel, Matthew, Timothy and Michael.
She is survived by: her son Mark Glendenning; her daughter-in-law Lois Ellis; and her grandchildren, Amy McKinley, Douglas Glendenning, Leslie Darland, Heather Banfield, Matthew Glendenning, Lisa Bascomb, Timothy Glendenning and Danielle Hayes. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and several great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Tiffany-Young-Hauss Modetz Chapel (73919 Fulton St, Armada, MI 48005). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 at 2:15 PM at the White Chapel Memorial Cemetery (621 W Long Lake Rd, Troy, MI 48098).
