She was predeceased by: her father Raymond Klapatch; her son Anthony Lewandowski; and her sister Linda Marie Klapatch. She is survived by: her mother Karen Klapatch (Block); and her son Michael Lewandowski (Stephanie). She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
