He is survived by: his children, Ann Mahaffy-Bickley (Marvin), Carol Mahaffy-Pearl (Ray), Lisa Mahaffy and Larry Mahaffy, Jr.; his grandchildren, Izzie, Tor and Sam; and his children, Cal (Jess), Bryan (Amber), Andrew, Anna, Abigail (Nathan), Ronal and Bradley. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
