She is survived by: her son Blaze Crumbaugh; her stepchildren, Adreanna Crumbaugh of Ashley, Rebecca Crumbaugh of Ashley and Trent Crumbaugh of Ashley; her brother Jeremy Martin (Samantha) of Elsie; her niece Natalie; her grandmothers, Sharon Taylor of Ovid and Clarice Swanchara (Bill) of Sugar Springs; and her close friend Alisha Peters of Elsie.
