He was predeceased by: his parents, R. B. Eyer and Betty L. Eyer (Johnson); his wife Kathy; and his siblings, Danny Lee Eyer (Connie Lynn) and Susan Musser.
He is survived by: his children, Angie, Jeff Schollaert of Ithaca, MI, Kimberly, Mike Tissue of Middleton, MI and Matthew Eyer of Ashley, MI; his grandson Ryan (Mariah Schollaert); his great grandchildren, Ollivia, Camden and Emma Jean Schollaert; and his brother Rodney Eyer.
Memorials may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society or the American Heart Association.
