It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rosemary Walmer of Athens, Michigan, who passed away on December 10, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Holcomb and Bertha Holcomb (Wrate); her siblings, Inez, Florence, Dorothy, Clarabelle and Ralph; her husband Frank Walmer; and her grandchildren, Daniel and Alicia.
She is survived by: her brother Larry Holcomb (Jerri); her children, Nicholas Walmer (Rhonda) and Marie Shaver (Curtis); her stepson Joseph Schaldenbrand (Rosemary); her grandchildren, Luke Shaver (Renee), Rachel Rose (Dave), Brrasie Walmer, Regina Searles (Jason), Joseph Schaldenbrand Jr. (Kayla), Ivy (Will), Tara (Michael), Adam and Ian; her great grandchildren, Alex, Jake, Logan, Seth, Billie, Tim, Connor, Emily, Kiera, Vincent, Ellie, Kinsley, Maverick, Jilliana and Callie; and her great great grandchild Levi. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
