He was predeceased by : his parents, Donal West and Betty West (Jennerwein); his brother Richard West; and his sister-in-law Cheryl West. He is survived by : his wife Pamela West; his children, Billy West and Erica Colver (Jack); his grandchildren, Eddie West, Ashley West, Drew West, AJ Burns, DJ Burns and Maggie Colver; his sisters, Paula Sigworth (Kim) and Dawn Dallas (Rick); and his friend Ed Strzynski.
