He is survived by: his children, John Chambers Jr. (Gina) of Jacksonville, Florida, Jacob Chambers (Birdie) of Atlanta and Jenna Teets (Seth) of Watford City; his grandchildren, Jaden, Jordan Chambers of Jacksonville, Florida, Emma, Cassie Chambers of Atlanta, Holden and Wesley Teets of Watford City; and his siblings, Mike Chambers (Tammy), Norman Chambers (Teresa) and Debra Dunn (Randy) of Ohio.
