He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Beck and Erma Beck (Walsh); and his siblings, Fred, Carl, Bill, Sydney and Dorothy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gerian Downey, Kenneth Beck (Karen) and Chris Beck (Ann Jenkin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to the Elk Country Animal Shelter in memory of Joe.
