It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Jean Cook of Atlanta, Michigan, born in Pontiac, Michigan, who passed away on August 11, 2022, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, William Cook and Jean Cook; her siblings, Jim Cook and Joann Kendrick; and her son Aric Woodworth.

She is survived by : her sons, Nick Woodworth of Atlanta, MI, Chris Porter (Kelsey) of Browns Mills, NJ and Jayson Porter of Monroe, MI; her grandchildren, Kaeden, Kolson, Kahlan, Logan, Lily, Kira and Jaxson; and her brother Bill Cook of Atlanta, MI. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
