She was predeceased by : her parents, Alfred Monn and Peggy Monn (Reasner). She is survived by : her children, Kara DeFord (Dan), Kozbi Simmons (Jerry Minakowski), Denise Carlson and Erica Taylor (Mark); her grandchildren, Harrison DeFord, Dawn DeFord, Jackson DeFord, Clair Taylor, Norah Taylor, Eva Simmons, Jacob Minakowski and Matthew Minakowski; and her sisters, Teresa St (Lester) and Terry Guyer (Jeff). She is also survived by 17 nieces and nephews.

Memorial contributions may be made in her honor to the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Fund.
