He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Strauch and Martha Strauch (Harris); his wife June Koski; and his children, Sherry Farren and Steven Strauch.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Ruelle (Mike) of Atlantic Mine, Charles Strauch (Holly) of Eagle River, WI, Susan Harry of Marquette, Pamela Hanke (Dave) of Dollar Bay and Lori Riutta of Hancock Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
