He was predeceased by: his parents, Josef Dziubarczyk and Helena Dziubarczyk (Barzyk); and his wife Tammie Dziubarczyk. He is survived by: his mother-in-law Tammie Tapert; his children, Carrie Dziubarczyk of Attica, MI and Daniel Dziubarczyk of Modesto, California; his brothers, John Dziubarczyk (Charlene), Joe Dziubarczyk and Jim Dziubarczyk (Nancy); and his grandchildren, Nevaeh and Cameron.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home (225 N Main St, Imlay City, MI 48444). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 3:30 PM at the Muir Brothers Funeral Home of Imlay City (225 N Main St, Imlay City, MI 48444).
