He is survived by: his wife Michelle Zajac of Attica; his children, Jon Zajac (Kristy) of Britton, Larry Otto of Warren, Sarah Olejarczyk (Brenton) of Romeo and Adam Zajac (Izzy) of Los Angeles; his grandchildren, Caleb and Mila; and his siblings, Christine Panich (Michael) of Macomb, Madeline Bogal (Mark) of Lake Orion, Gregory Zajac of Warren and Jackie Osiniski (Ken) of Texas. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
