She is survived by: her husband Russell Williams; her children, Chris Toms and Frank Toms (Keleigh); her siblings, Loretta Noyce, Bill Stilson and Carol Stantiford; her grandchildren, Jayce (Cecila), Nevaeh, Tayvin, Luke, Weslee, Colbee and Gentree; and her great grandchild Maverick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
