He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Nelson; and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Nelson; his children, Lindsay (Christopher), Madalynn (Ray), Elizabeth, Sophia, Donovan and Parker (Maleah); his granddaughters, Emery, Rosalina and Dakota; and his siblings, Linda (Terry), Donna (Tim), Ronald (Lugean), Diane, Sandra (Dale), Timothy (Peggy) and Brenda (Scott). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
