It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marvin D. Jantzi of Au Gres, Michigan, who passed away on May 4, 2026, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William Jantzi and Rosie Jantzi (Swartz). He is survived by: his wife Beulah Jantzi (Zook); his children, Charles Jantzi (Twila), Diane Martin (Frank), Alan Jantzi (Sandra) and Dawn Kindy (Jerry); his grandchildren, Anthony Jantzi (Alanna), Adrian Jantzi (Rebecca), Austin Jantzi (Amelia), Zach Jantzi, Holly Miller (Dustin), Valerie Martin (Devon), Michael Martin, Kelly Martin, Christy Martin, Cloe Martin, Brittney Davidson (Jeremy), Tyler Jantzi (MiKayla), Trent Jantzi, Caleb Kindy and Rachel Kindy; and his siblings, Vernon Jantzi (Dorothy), Sharon Kraybill (Herb) and Virginia Hartman. He is also survived by his 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, May 9th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Riverside Mennonite Church (3620 E Twining Rd, Turner, MI 48765). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 9th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
